Yes, each of our locations ships daily via the USPS or UPS .
Can you order a part for me that you don't have in stock?
We can special order non-stocking parts from all our primary vendors. Additionally, we can special order from the following vendors: Bentley Publishers, Bilstein, Maval Manufacturing and Omega Environmental Technologies. A deposit may be required for special orders.
You will be charged the price of the core at the time of purchase. When you return the core it will be inspected. Upon approval that the core is complete, assembled and in rebuildable condition, a credit will be issued. All cores must be returned in their original boxes.
Can I return parts that I purchased and did not use?
Unused parts, accompanied by a sales receipt, may be returned for credit up to 15 days after their purchase. In addition to being unused, returns must be in their original packaging, clean and in resalable condition. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Special ordered parts, electrical parts, manuals and tools are non-returnable.
How long is your warranty period?
All our products carry at least a one year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Our KYB, PPR and Richporter products, as well as Bosch wires, carry limited lifetime warranties.
Any part damaged through abuse, misuse, accident, improper installation or neglect is not considered a warranty
