TERMS OF SALES

  1. Freight prepaid on all orders of $750.00 or more (excluding core charges, spark plugs or orders priced at special discounts.)
  2. We will special order items which we do not have in stock, but are available to us. There will be additional charges for shipping and handling from our suppliers.
  3. Direct drop-ships can be done from authorizing manufacturers.
  4. Orders called in before 4:00 PM EST, are guaranteed to be shipped UPS the same day.

RETURNS

  1. Returns of any kind, (core, warranty or new return) should be returned to the location in which it was purchased at the expense of the purchaser.
  2. All returns and/or correspondence should be directed to the location in which the purchase was made.
  3. A returned part must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt within 30 days of purchase.
  4. Parts returned must be in clean, saleable condition.
  5. We reserve the right to impose a 20% handling charge on all returns.
  6. No returns will be accepted on electrical or special order parts.
        

CORE RETURN POLICY

  1. All cores are subject to our inspection and approval. All core returns must be in the original box. Cores not properly identified with a part number will be deemed as "No Core Value" (NCV).
  2. No core credit will be issued unless the unit is in the original box.
  3. Cores must be complete and assembled. If you have any questions or need information from the manufacturer as to the acceptability of the core, please feel free to contact us.
  4. We will hold cores deemed as "No Core Value" (NCV) for 5 days before discarding.
  5. All cores will be processed within five days of receipt.
  6. Core eligibility is based on a part number by part number basis. You must return the exact part number purchased to receive credit.

WARRANTY/DEFECTIVE RETURNS

  1. All warranty/defective returns are subject to our inspection and approval.
  2. Please include the following information when submitting a warranty: the "year/make/model" of the vehicle, the date of installation/removal and, to the best of your knowledge, what is wrong with the part. The more information with which we are provided, the better our quality control becomes.
  3. We honor the manufacturer's stated warranty. Any questionable warranties will be submitted to the manufacturer for analysis, and all decisions made by the manufacturer are final.
  4. Any alleged warranty including labor claim will be forwarded to the manufacturer for analysis.  All decisions made by the manufacturer are final.
  5. We expressly disclaim all warranties either expressed or implied, and including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for any liability in connection with the sale.
